Jude Saadoon is the Director of Marketing at Eagle Venture Studio and a visionary brand strategist with 8+ years of experience scaling B2B, SaaS, AI, and emerging-technology ventures. She is known for her strategic problem solving acumen transforming complex technical products into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, investor confidence, and category leadership. Her expertise spans brand architecture, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and full-stack creative direction—positioning her, along with her team members, as a key force behind the studio’s ability to build, launch, and scale high-impact software ventures.
At Eagle Venture Studio, Jude leads brand strategy and marketing for portfolio companies including Pro-Forma and Profit Inc. She architects investor narratives, designs scalable marketing systems, processes, and refines product clarity to strengthen both fundraising and market adoption. She also helped elevate Pro-Forma and Eagle Venture Studio within Texas’s AI ecosystem by spearheading one of the state’s most successful AI startup showcases, generating statewide traction and deep investor engagement.
Prior to joining the studio, in 2020, Jude and her business partner created enterprise-level e-learning programs used by end-user clients including IBM, Humana, Microsoft Azure, Fiserv, and other global enterprises. A year later, they launched a full AI mentorship-matching platform – designed, built, and deployed to the app stores in under 12 months, which supported the growth of associated ventures to more than 50 employees within two years.
Beginning in 2015, she contributed to the launch and early growth of Medisend College and its AAS program – an extension of Medisend International, founded by Dr. Marty Lazar and Jane Dane Goodall – and produced marketing campaigns deployed across U.S. military bases to support veterans transitioning into advanced technical careers.
A multidisciplinary builder and systems hacker, Jude blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across design, operations, storytelling, and web development. As a technologist and early AI adopter, she integrates AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation into every facet of her work – accelerating clarity, efficiency, and founder success. Born in Kurdistan (Northern Iraq) and brought to the United States as a refugee through the support of American veterans, Jude is a passionate advocate for veteran communities. She is faith-driven, creative at her core, relentlessly committed to meaningful impact, and proudly married to a U.S. Navy veteran and fellow technologist and together they share a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and building solutions that uplift others.
