Anoulom “Scott” Soutdarany is the Chief Technology Officer of Eagle Venture Studio, where he leads all technology strategy, architecture, and engineering execution across every venture in the studio portfolio. With more than two decades of experience building enterprise-scale systems, Scott brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to turn complex ideas into scalable, resilient software. He currently also serves as CTO for Profit Inc. and Pro-Forma, two of the studio’s flagship SaaS companies focused on transforming business performance through advanced analytics and automation.
Scott’s background spans high-impact leadership roles in both global enterprises and emerging startups. Before joining Eagle Venture Studio, he co-founded and co-led Legion X Technologies, where he built advanced software solutions at the intersection of cybersecurity and data intelligence. Prior to that, he served as Senior Software Development Manager at General Motors, overseeing large engineering teams and mission-critical platforms. He has also held senior architectural and technical leadership roles at organizations such as 3M, Dun & Bradstreet, RFD & Associates, the Texas Department of Insurance, and VESystems—consistently delivering scalable enterprise systems, modernizing legacy environments, and guiding major digital transformations.
As CTO, Scott anchors the studio’s technology philosophy: build fast, build smart, and build for scale. His expertise includes enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, system design, AI-driven development, and product-level technical strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with advanced technical certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Sun Certified Java Developer.
