Dustin Logan is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Eagle Venture Studio, where he works across B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, and security ventures to guide founders through strategy, operations, and early-stage venture growth. Known for his analytical depth and cross-industry versatility, Dustin brings a unique perspective shaped by a career that spans traditional finance, alternative assets, and entrepreneurship. Alongside his work with the venture studio, Dustin serves as the CEO of Pro-Forma, the financial modeling and planning platform used by entrepreneurs around the world. He leads the company’s growth, product direction, and strategic partnerships, helping founders gain clarity, raise capital, and scale with confidence. As an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, Dustin has evaluated hundreds of business plans and holds a portfolio of more than 35 early-stage investments. His experience spans due diligence for private equity–based RIAs, capital raising for alternative assets, and hands-on operational leadership from his years in traditional finance and residential construction.

Raised outside Athens, Georgia, and a graduate of the University of Georgia, he now lives in Fort Worth with his wife Lainey Logan, a professional ballet dancer and instructor, and their two beautiful children.
