Wade Myers is the Co-Founder & Chairman of each Eagle Venture Studio and a veteran builder of B2B SaaS companies, with more than 100 startups in his portfolio as a founder, investor, or advisor. A former U.S. Army Ranger and combat engineer officer, he brings a rare mix of discipline, precision, and strategic clarity to venture creation. His early career includes an MBA from Harvard Business School—graduating as a Baker Scholar—and strategy work at the Boston Consulting Group.
Wade went on to launch and scale multiple high-performing ventures across fintech, analytics, real estate, and tech-enabled services, with several exits, including to J.P. Morgan, Pitney Bowes, and private equity. His companies have earned Inc. 5000 recognition and technology innovation awards, reflecting a consistent ability to turn expertise into scalable software and strong economics. In addition to building companies, Wade invests across multiple asset classes through Boldmore Growth Partners, his family office, and through several funds he co-founded—including Eagle Venture Fund, a global venture capital fund with offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Today, as Chairman, he uses deep domain knowledge, an expansive network, and a proven venture-building playbook to guide each studio and help founders turn insight into high-growth companies. Rooted in faith-driven values of integrity and stewardship, Wade is committed to expanding economic opportunity and equipping leaders who multiply impact. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife Lisa and enjoys reading and fitness.
