Prior to joining Eagle Venture Studio, she held key roles at Southwest Airlines, JPMorgan Chase, CSG, and Lockheed Martin, where she led product ownership, process development, and multi-team coordination for complex technical initiatives. Through her consulting firm, Innovation Ops Tech Strategies, she has supported mission-driven startups, innovation labs, and venture studios by designing operational frameworks, OKR systems, and workflow architectures that empower leadership teams to move faster and more effectively.
Kira holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, and specialized studies in information systems security and assurance. Known for her ability to translate messy, ambiguous environments into actionable systems, she blends structure with empathy to elevate the performance of teams and leaders alike. Outside of her operational work, Kira is also a professional photographer who travels nationwide capturing meaningful moments for clients—reflecting the same creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling discipline she brings to her work at Eagle Venture Studio.
